Started from the bottom….

Sergio’s journey in hospitality began in 2003, when he poured his first glass of water for a guest—an experience that sparked a lifelong passion for the restaurant business. Starting from the ground up, he worked his way through every role, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of cuisines and service styles.

Through years of dedication and growth, Sergio advanced into management before ultimately realizing his dream of opening his own restaurant. Since 2011, he has proudly led Antalia NYC as a true owner-operator, present both on the floor and in the kitchen.
