Established in January 2011 You could be sure to expect the best when you come to AnTalia, As the owners are a part of the daily operations. Service is handled by the manager/owner and the food is deliciously prepared by a cook who also owns the restaurant. How can you go wrong?

Meet the Owner: Sergio C.

Started from the bottom….

It all started as a flyer boy who was giving out promotions for a restaurant located in queens. When a busboy called out sick he was called in to help but was never called out to be a flyer boy again.

He poured his first glass of water for a customer in the year 2003. Which is the year that made him fall in love with the restaurant business. Continued his career up all the way to a manager position in various types of cuisines until a great opportunity came to him to live his dream of having his own place with a partner/chef who also “started from the bottom” as a kitchen helper.

The two have been successfully running the midtown gem “AnTalia” since the year 2011. Customers find it amazing to have an owner in the kitchen for best food quality and an owner/manager to help present the nice hospitality of the Turkish culture.
